I got a ruling question again lol. I'm going to abuse this thread, I just know it. Suppose I have two Blue Eyes White Dragons on the field, and play Burst Stream of Destruction. Am I able to attack with my second blue eyes, or is it set so they both can't attack? |

I don't believe it can. It claims that "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" cannot attack, not just the one you used to activate the card. -Dan |

If there's still any doubt, Anakin's right because you don't have to target or otherwise select a specific Blue-Eyes White Dragon at the card's activation. You simply need to control one at the activation, & can't attack with monsters carrying that exact name during that turn. There's also a really strange ruling about how if Imperial Order is activated (especially later on), it'll somehow negate Burst Stream Of Destruction's effect that prevents those dragons from attacking. I consider this to be complete BKSS, because generally, non-continous , non-field spell cards create floating/lingering effects or conditions, rather than continous? effects that are subject to be negated after the initial resolution like this. However, this unique situation shouldn't really come into play since Imperial Order is banned, & you're not likely going to activate Call of the Haunted to special summon a Spell Canceller later on in the turn.
Edit - At least Inferno Fire Blast carries the logical ruling about the "not attacking" part being a condition, rather than an effect of any kind. Edited by Val, Sep 16 2009, 02:17 AM.

Neither Blue Eyes White Dragon can attack cause "Burst Stream of Destruction" Says in particularly. "Blue Eyes White Dragon." Now if you had Non-Spell casting area on the field then they could. |
