Caterpie! Posts: 1,386 Group: Admins Member #1 Joined: Jun 18, 2009	So I wanted to go ahead and probably start what will be a routine thing for us, Goal Of The Month. I'll simply come up with a goal for us, and we'll try to see if we can accomplish it within the month. Here's our first one: Reach 150 Members (Currently at 113) Reach 7,500 posts (Currently at 5,811) Appoint 2-3 New Staff Members/Moderators. So what do you guys think? Think we can reach them? And if we do reach the 150 members do you think they'll be active, because really there isn't a point in telling someone to join if they aren't going to contribute to the site

Posts: 23 Group: Members Member #118 Joined: Jan 4, 2010	More members and posts should always be a default goal. Members aren't going to stay active and post a bunch unless they have a reason. So you need to give them a reason to post a lot in order to reach those goals of more posts and members faster.

Posts: 23 Group: Members Member #118 Joined: Jan 4, 2010	Can we please get new forum skins as one of our monthly goals? Something with neutral colors that isn't hard on the eyes. I know we have a gray themed skin, but it's ugly as hell (actually all the skins are IMO but that's not really the issue here). Not really sure if Zetaboards have flexibility in designing skins, but a dark red with light browns and a little splash of tan here and there would (once again to me) be easy on the eyes and look some what decent. Just another idea I guess you guys could work on.
