You do realize that most vintage decks run a set of moxen and black lotus? because this deck is going to get crushed, but here is some fixes: -2 Sphinx -1 Archmage -1 waterveil Sensei's top is at 1? +4 brainstorm +5 moxen +2 pact +3 Trinket mage By the way what are you trying to do with this deck? and what are your weakness? |

yeah, this is not vintage quality. thats why its a casual deck. the deck takes early control, then punishes creature heavy decks with shackles. control the board and ensure a fatal blow with with tezeret's final ability or mill them out with jace/stroke. one on one, i dont think it has ever lost, maybe once to a land destruction based deck. |

I've never seen a build like this so I can only think of what I would put in, as for vintage your way off, I was just letting you know in case you decide to get competitive with a deck like this. Where is the white? I think WOGs and/or STPs are your best for taking care of aggro threats plus the splash could work nicely with blue. Also, if your running vensers you should run Phyrexian dreadnoughts for a huge 12/13 attacker. Edited by Llanowar Lord, Grenseal., Jan 12 2010, 11:31 PM.

i lost for the first time in along time the other night to bloodbraid elves. perhaps the wraths would be a good idea, but i dont have hallowed fountains, and i dont want to make my shackles useless. and stifle works with the 12/12 dreadnought. |

You should have volrath's shapeshifter when you have the dreadnought in the grave so you can have a beatstick 12/13, without having to sac creatures for the dreadnought. Also replace the counterspells for force of wills, much better counters. Edited by Llanowar Lord, Grenseal., Jan 19 2010, 10:07 PM.
