Dude, you're getting a Nel Posts: 855 Group: Ex-Staff Member #113 Joined: Dec 31, 2009	So, I thought of this as a quirky little way to possibly give the entertainment section a little boost. Basically, this is a bracket style tournament between some of the greatest bands of all time, with the results determined by user votes. Contents: 1. Rules and Basic Idea 2. The Bands 3. The Bracket

Dude, you're getting a Nel Posts: 855 Group: Ex-Staff Member #113 Joined: Dec 31, 2009	Rules: -All forum rules apply -If this gets out of hand, flaming wise, it will get closed. A little bit of passion is welcomed, though -NEW RULE: To qualify as a band, said entity must consist of two or more members, and play instruments of some sort. The Idea: -We will begin after we receive 16 nominations -Those 16 will then be randomly seeded and placed in a bracket -Each match-up will last five days, with three days of discussion (or less if discussion dies) and two days of voting. Posts: 1,386 Group: Admins Member #1 Joined: Jun 18, 2009	It would be cool to do like, 8 "old school" bands and then 8 "modern day bands" An example would be like, The Beatles are obviously Old School, and then you'd have a band like Three Days Grace being one of the 8 Modern Day bands, so it would be like a Old School vs New School kinda thing. Might make it more interesting? Either way I like this idea, I have no nominations at the moment but I'll get back to ya
