Hello, everybody, and welcome to another Rogue Squadron! With the ban list imminent, but not revealed, I’ve decided to just do a simple Water deck, utilizing a couple of ABPF cards. Title: What Lies Beneath Author: Dr.Card Total Cards: 40 (15) Monsters: 20 3x Codarus 2x Royal Swamp Eel 3x Deep Sea Diva 2x Spined Gillman 2x Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth 2x Golden Flying Fish 3x Deepsea Macrotrema 3x Oyster Meister Spells: 11 3x A Legendary Ocean 3x Salvage 1x Brain Control 1x Heavy Storm 1x Terraforming 1x Mind Control 1x Mystical Space Typhoon Traps: 9 3x Forgotten Temple of the Deep 2x Tornado Wall 1x Mirror Force 1x Torrential Tribute 1x Solemn Judgment 1x Call of the Haunted Extra: 15 15x Whatever cards you want. Depends on your preferences. As you can see, it’s simplistic. Probably a little too simplistic, I think I put too many WATER monsters in. Really, I’ll have to revisit this later, because I see some real potential in Codarus. It’s kind of like a reusable Icarus Attack with Legs, except slightly more restrictive. However, with 6 cards that can activate its effect, it’s worth running. I also like Forgotten Temple. It’s a drag that it’s a once per turn effect, otherwise increased Tornado Wall Shenanigans would be in order. For now, though, I’m going to go closely peruse the ABPF card list. I didn’t pay it as much mind as I should have, so now I don’t know what new deck types are viable. So, expect my next article to be loads better than this one. That’s all for now. Until next time, try something new. You never know what’ll be the next big thing. Bonus Useless Fact: I got a Nintendo DS Lite! I also got Pokemon Platinum, so if you want to trade or battle, PM me for my Friend Code! Second Bonus Useless Fact: I also got Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days! IT’S AMAZING!!! Final Bonus Useless Fact: The New Orleans Saints won their first ever Super Bowl! WOO!!! *runs to avoid angry mob of Colts fans* |

I feel the ALO's may be a bit overkill, plus they make Synchro Summoning harder. -Dan |
